Gloria Dei offers ministry programs for all ages. There are Bible studies, classes, fellowships, and service opportunities. There are groups for men, groups for women, groups for singles, groups for couples, and groups for seniors. There are youth groups for each age from fourth grade through senior high, and there are many opportunities for children.

Music plays a very important role in the worship life of Gloria Dei. There are vocal choirs and hand bell choirs for children, youth and adults.
